Prices below are for one week bookings. Changeover day can be any day provided there is no clash of booking. Arrival time is typically 14.00hrs and departure 10.00hrs, although for your convenience of airport arrival and departure times we are able to be flexible with your arrival and departure times, providing there are no other guests booked in on those days and that you advise us before you arrive.

Rental costs include one clean on departure for weekly bookings and breaks.

Fortnightly bookings and more will have one clean per week.

Payments

20% of the rental price is payable upon booking. 80% is payable (+ a £100 refundable deposit) 6 weeks before your arrival. The £100 deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of leaving the property in the condition in which you found it.
