Prices below are for one week bookings.  Changeover day can be any day provided there is no clash of booking.  Arrival time is typically 14.00hrs and departure prior to 10.00hrs, although for your convenience of airport arrival and departure times we are able to be flexible with your arrival and departure times, providing there are no other guests booked in on those days and that you advise us before you arrive. The property can comfortably sleep 5 people, although there are sofa beds available with extra bedding if there are more guests. Should more than 5 guests stay at the property then there will be a small additional surcharge to cover extra cleaning costs.

Rental costs include one clean on departure for weekly bookings and breaks. 

Fortnightly bookings and more will have one clean per week.  The prices shown are negotiable if you wish to book for a 3 week stay or longer.

Payments

20% of the rental price is payable upon booking.  80% is payable (+ a £100 refundable deposit) 6 weeks before your arrival.  The £100 deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of leaving the property in the condition in which you found it.
