This is a lovely 1 bedroom (sleeps 4) house set in a small town in the heart of Swedish Lapland just 15km south of the Arctic Circle.  40km from Jokkmokk (ideal for the winter market in February) and approx 1hr 45mins from Lulea Kallax Airport by either car or train.

The town has its own ski slope with lift (approx £10 per person for a day pass), and a cross country skiing track (lit during the evening), supermarket, guesthouse, hotel, pizza/thai restaurant, garage, gift shop/post office and Snow scooter hire shop.  This really is a fantastic "getaway" holiday or a real adventure holiday for all the family.  It can be whatever you want it to be!.

Perfect in the summer for 24hour daylight, and fishing in the wonderful, well stocked lakes nearby (permits, bait etc can be organised for you), also ideal for hunting and hiking or just visiting the national reserve areas.

With a mass of snow scooter tracks a ski slope and lakes in close proximity it is ideal for snow scootering, ice fishing, skiing, snow boarding, hiking and husky sledging.

The house has 1 bedroom with sleeping for 4 people on bunk beds, lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room, wc and a porch/seating area and an outhouse.  There is a double pump up bed available for use with bedding supplied.  The house has full central heating, tv with local channels, dvd, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, all kitchen utensils and crockery.  The property has a good size garden with garden furniture.  All bedding and towels are provided.  We can arrange a welcome pack of necessities for you if required (although the house is in the town and a 15-20 minute walk to the supermarket)
